In this post of my blog, I upload photographs of two properties.
The first is a house at Polo Sotogrande urbanization, very close to the polo field. In this part of the province of Cadiz, I notice more minor changes in the natural light and colours of the exteriors in the different seasons of the year than in other areas and provinces. I find it as easy to work in winter as in summer, spring, or autumn.
The second report contains pictures of a flat between Fuengirola and Mijas Costa. It is a three-bedroom house with a terrace that overlooks the urbanization pool. This shooting is from the last June.
In real estate photography, most of the reports I have done have been of the towns with the highest tourist use in the provinces of Malaga and Cádiz and Madrid. The homes I have been hired are of different styles, of all types and sizes, ranging from apartments, studios, multi-bedroom flats to chalets and villas of different styles, both on the beachfront and inland.
