I have a long experience as a professional photographer of hotels, resorts and real estates all over the country, from Andalusia in cities and places like MarbellaMalagaFuengirola, Benalmadena, Granada and Seville. Passing along to Valencia and through the peninsular center in Madrid and Toledo and ending in northern cities such as Santander, Barcelona and Bilbao. In my work as a photographer of hotels, I enjoy and rise to the challenge of capturing all the details such as interior warmth, atmosphere, comfort, decor and design flare ? a mission my clients entrust to me. A complete photo reportage should contain general photographs showing the extend, distribution, light (natural and artificial) and styling, also other close-ups in which the details, textures and qualities used can be appreciated, as well as the outdoor areas guests enjoy including terraces, balconies, gardens, VIP areas, etc.

As for hotels I´ve done photo essays of five, four and three star establishments. Some of them are very modern and newly constructed such as Capitol while others like the classic hotel in Madrid´s Gran Via next to Plaza de Callao now belonging to the Vincci hotel chain, is close to a century old. Also countryside accomodation with rustic charm and a special atmosphere like the Albamanjon hotel, located in the Natural Park Ruidera. Numerous jobs completed on the Costa del Sol coast in the province of Malaga and in Madridcapital of Spain, i.e. the places where I have the greatest number of hotel/resort clients. In Malaga I photographed the Vincci Posada del Patio, which is the first and only 5 star hotel in the city. Completing the photo essay with photographs of the surrounding streets, gardens and closest monuments creates a through and interesting insight for visitors to the hotel´s website.

In the real estate field most of my work has been in the tourist areas of Malaga and Madrid, where large developments have many facilities and common areas (swimming pools, gym, spa, paddle tennis courts, gardens, children´s playgrounds) both within the province in cities like Ronda and Antequera and all along the Costa del Sol including Marbella, San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona, the latter already near Sotogrande(province Cadiz) to Nerja and Almuñecar, first coastal town in the province of Granada. I have photographed homes ranging from small studios, apartments, flats of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms to villas and villas with extensive outdoor areas such as gardens, walks, tennis court, swimming pool, playground and recreation area.

In hotels, when photographing public areas such as the reception, cafe, library or restaurant, the appearance of one or two people, either static or moving in a diffused effect, may be an interesting addition. It is also important to take advantage of the changing natural light.

In architectural photography often a conversion to black and white makes for a very spectacular addition offering elegant and minimalist focus oh the interesting game of lines and shapes, eliminating the distraction that can sometimes be created by colour. I am planning to do a story of architectural photography of modern buildings in Marbella. And maybe later, for contrast, old houses in the city center.
