Real estate photographer in Marbella of all sizes, styles and qualities.
The first report is of a flat in the urbanization of Elviria. It is a house that is used for vacation rental. It enjoys a privileged location by the sea in a tranquil residential area close to Marbella.
I also do numerous reports throughout the year as a photographer of Malaga Madrid Marbella Sotogrande houses in the streets of the historic centre, centre and in the different neighbourhoods of the capital of the Costa del Sol, such as Pedregalejo, El Palo, Limonar, Malagueta, and throughout Along the two promenades, in the East and West, the so-called Antonio Machado.
In the centre of Spain, I work as a photographer for houses in Madrid, Toledo and Ciudad Real. Here the style of the flats, apartments and above all, the houses are quite different from the photo shoots he did in Malaga and as a Sotogrande house photographer.
The header photo is of the urbanization's swimming pool, with the building in which the report's apartment is located on the left. This photograph is taken first thing in the morning on an evident summer day, taking advantage of the fact that the sun loungers are well arranged, and everything is empty before the owners and tenants of the urbanization go down to the pool to bathe, sunbathe in sun loungers and play children.
The second photograph is of the terrace's view of the vacation rental apartment of the pool, with the garden behind, some single-family homes and the sea in the background. Then we have a photograph of a part of the large garden that surrounds the urbanization, with a central walkway, two palm trees, other trees, the pool in the background and the residential buildings on the right. It was also taken first thing in the morning. The fourth photograph is already of the interior of the apartment, with the view that we find when crossing the entrance door. Here, we can appreciate the spaciousness of the living room, how bright it is and the views that can be enjoyed from the terrace in the background. In the fifth, we see approximately half of the living room, with the dining table on the left, the chaise longue sofa and the sliding door to the terrace on the right. In the sixth, the right part of the living room, with the television and furniture with games and equipment's sound on the left. We continue with an oblique shot of the living room from the kitchen bar. We have on the right a cabinet with drawers, candles, a plant and a photograph printed on methacrylate on the wall. Now we have a game on the sofa with the words holiday paradise formed on the board. This game is on a pouffe in the same fabric as the sofa. In the background is the terrace, which is hit by the sun at this time of the afternoon, and the sea with a clear sky in the farthest plane. From the terrace railings, we now photograph the large outdoor sofa, table with yellow glasses and magazines, and the sliding glass doors that lead into the living room. Two sun loungers have been placed with a table in the middle with fruit and drinks. The photo follows with a very different montage of this part of the terrace, the sun loungers were removed, and a large table was set up, ideal for family lunches and dinners, enjoying the view of the community garden and the Mediterranean Sea in the background.
